Meet The Team
Charlene Ness
Charlene Ness is a seasoned financial professional with over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. She began her career in 2001, immediately following the .com crash and 9/11, which instilled in her the value of resilience, trust, and steady guidance during uncertain times.
In 2015, Char started Ness Financial Group with a mission to provide personalized, values-driven financial advice focused on retirement planning and long-term financial wellness. She specializes in helping individuals and families gain clarity, confidence, and peace of mind about their financial future. Her approach centers on building trusted relationships and delivering transparent strategies tailored to each client’s goals. A graduate of the University of Washington (Go Huskies!), Charlene is committed to lifelong learning and financial education.
Outside of work, Char enjoys traveling with her husband, Mark, reading, and spending time with her extended family, including 10 nieces and nephews as well as six great-nieces and nephews. She also serves as a greeter at The Pursuit Church and supports a small Arizona-based dog rescue, where she adopted her two dogs, Louie and Daisy, and her late dog Tasha.
Jennifer Hatloe
Jennifer Hatloe began working with Ness Financial Group in August 2019 and is fully licensed and appointed. In the NFG office, she ensures new annuities are issued smoothly, guiding the process from start to finish once Charlene and a client decide to move forward. She values the consistency of her work and appreciates being part of a team that genuinely cares about clients.
Known as kind, dependable, and hardworking, Jennifer puts her full effort into everything she does. Outside of work, she enjoys crafting, traveling, shopping, and camping near the water. She and her husband, Steve, have been together for over 38 years and are proud parents of two grown children and grandparents to three. Their family also includes a Golden Retriever named Gunnar.
Deneese Quinette Wimberly
Deneese Wimberly joined Ness Financial in 2024 as an insurance agent. She assists clients with withdrawals, claim processing, RMDs, money transfers, and appointment scheduling, while also helping coordinate seminars and manage office operations for her region.
Known for her strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and vibrant personality, Deneese brings a positive presence to the office and values building strong relationships with clients and colleagues. She has been married for 18 years and enjoys spending time with her husband, their two children, and their dogs.
Caitlin Perrin
Caitlin Perrin joined Ness Financial in 2023 and is an integral part of the Policy Administration team. She manages new and existing policies, prepares annual reviews, processes withdrawals, and helps clients organize their financial documents. Known for her keen eye for detail and calm, can-do attitude, Caitlin ensures clients feel supported and well cared for.
Before joining Ness, Caitlin worked in several industries, most recently in medical aesthetics. She was drawn to financial services for the opportunity to build a meaningful and fulfilling career and values being part of a team of strong, intelligent, and kind women. Outside of work, Caitlin enjoys reading, ceramics, baking, hiking, and planning her next travel adventure.
Cassandra Martin
Cassandra joined Ness Financial Group in 2024 and plays a key role in maintaining client files, organizing documents, and updating databases to ensure smooth operations. She assists with correspondence, inventory, monthly communications, claims, and withdrawal paperwork, all of which help create a seamless client experience.
Before joining Ness, Cassandra served in the United States Air Force as a Squadron Aviation Resource Manager and later worked as an administrative assistant at IMF Bangor. She is a graduate of the Air Force Tech School and values continuous learning and growth. Outside of work, Cassandra lives in Seabeck with her three children and is active in her community, where she volunteers with the Women’s Club of Seabeck and teaches monthly kids’ craft classes.
Elizabeth McGee
Elizabeth McGee joined Ness Financial Group in June 2025 and serves as the Office and Events Manager for her region. She oversees daily operations and coordinates client events, ensuring everything runs smoothly and clients enjoy a welcoming, professional experience. Elizabeth is known for being organized, dependable, and creative, qualities that make her a strong support to both clients and colleagues.
Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys exploring new places, traveling, and spending time outdoors. She is a proud mom of six and part of a blended family of ten with her partner, Dom, which keeps life busy, lively, and full of memories.
Morgan Reeder
Morgan Reeder joined Ness Financial Group in September 2025 as an agent. He brings strengths in customer service, marketing, and presentation skills, supporting clients with their retirement planning needs and contributing to the overall success of the team. Morgan is known for being dependable and hardworking, qualities that make him a strong support to both clients and colleagues.
Before joining Ness Financial Group, Morgan worked as a Branch Rental Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car and earned his bachelor’s degree in Marketing and International Business from Eastern Washington University. He enjoys skiing in the winter, spending summers at the lake, and being part of a hardworking, motivated team.
