Meet The Team
Charlene Ness
Charlene Ness is a life and health insurance agent and a certified financial fiduciary. Her objective is to help clients eliminate confusion when planning for their financial future. Her approach offers honesty and integrity, and she’s committed to helping clients keep their retirement money safe and grow it at a reasonable rate of return. Char was born and raised in the Monroe/Sultan area of Washington state. She graduated from University of Washington with BA in Communications. She has worked in the financial services industry since the year 2000, and started Ness Financial in 2015.
Jennifer Hatloe
Jennifer Hatloe began working with Ness Financial Group in August of 2019, and holds a health and life insurance license. Jennifer is the one in the NFG office who will get your annuity issued. Once Char has met with a client, and they have determined that they’re moving forward, Jennifer ensures that everything advances without issue throughout the entire process. She appreciates the job’s consistency and how much Char genuinely cares about helping clients. Jennifer is a kind, dependable, hard-working person who puts her all into everything she does. When not working, she enjoys reading, traveling, shopping, camping somewhere by the water or, of course, spending time with her family. She and her husband, Steve, have been together for over 38 years, and have two grown children and two grandchildren (so far). They also have a Golden Retriever named Gunnar.
Caitlin Perrin
Caitlin Perrin began working with Ness Financial in 2023. She works in Policy Administration, meaning her responsibilities include overseeing the management of new and current policies, prepping annual reviews, completing paperwork such as withdrawals, and helping clients create documents for financial information. Prior to working with us, Caitlin worked in multiple different industries. Most recently, she worked in the medical aesthetics industry. Searching for a career path to pursue, Caitlin was offered the opportunity to work with us and jumped on it. The work she does here allows her to learn something new every day–she also appreciates working with and being surrounded by strong, intelligent, kind women at our office. When not working with us, Caitlin enjoys reading, ceramics and macrame, baking, hiking, and traveling. She also has a cat, named Gigi.
Deneese Quinette Wimberly
Deneese Quinette Wimberly joined Ness Financial in 2024 as an insurance agent. She does everything from helping clients with everyday requests like withdrawals, claim processing, and RMDs, to transferring money, settling appointments, scheduling seminars and events for her area, and managing the office.
Prior to working in the financial services industry, Deneese was first a para-educator in the Bremerton School District’s ISP (Special Ed) classroom for grades 4-8. She loves getting to know clients and prospective clients and gains great satisfaction from helping them. Deneese is hardworking, dedicated, picks up on things quickly, is a problem-solver, and all around fun to be around. She has been married for 18 years, and she and her husband have two children. She does everything with her family, from soccer, to playing board and card games, going out to eat, watching movies, and hanging out with their dogs.
Deneese is a licensed Washington State Insurance Agent, and is being mentored by Mark and Char Ness to take on more responsibilities and contribute even more to Ness Financial with this in mind.
