Charlene Ness
Owner | Agent | Certified Financial Fiduciary
Charlene Ness is a seasoned financial professional with over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. She began her career in 2001, immediately following the .com crash and 9/11, which instilled in her the value of resilience, trust, and steady guidance during uncertain times.
In 2015, Char started Ness Financial Group with a mission to provide personalized, values-driven financial advice focused on retirement planning and long-term financial wellness. She specializes in helping individuals and families gain clarity, confidence, and peace of mind about their financial future. Her approach centers on building trusted relationships and delivering transparent strategies tailored to each client’s goals. A graduate of the University of Washington (Go Huskies!), Charlene is committed to lifelong learning and financial education.
Outside of work, Char enjoys traveling with her husband, Mark, reading, and spending time with her extended family, including 10 nieces and nephews as well as six great-nieces and nephews. She also serves as a greeter at The Pursuit Church and supports a small Arizona-based dog rescue, where she adopted her two dogs, Louie and Daisy, and her late dog Tasha.
Morgan Reeder
Morgan Reeder joined Ness Financial Group in 2025 as an agent. He brings strengths in customer service, marketing, and presentation skills, supporting clients with their retirement planning needs and contributing to the overall success of the team. Morgan is known for being dependable and hardworking, qualities that make him a strong support to both clients and colleagues.
Before joining Ness Financial Group, Morgan worked as a Branch Rental Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car and earned his bachelor’s degree in Marketing and International Business from Eastern Washington University. He enjoys skiing in the winter, spending summers at the lake, and being part of a hardworking, motivated team.
Deneese Wimberly
Deneese Wimberly began working with the Ness team in 2022 and has grown into her role as an insurance agent through her experience working closely with clients and the day-to-day operations of the business. Today, she assists clients with withdrawals, claim processing, RMDs, money transfers, and appointment scheduling, while also coordinating office operations and organizing and hosting educational seminars for clients and the community.
Known for her strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and vibrant personality.
Deneese brings a positive presence to the office and values building strong relationships with clients and colleagues. She enjoys helping clients feel informed, comfortable, and confident as they navigate their retirement planning journey.
Deneese has been married for 20 years and enjoys spending time with her husband, their two children, and their dogs.
Jennifer Hatloe
Jennifer Hatloe began working with Ness Financial Group in 2019 and is fully licensed and appointed. In the NFG office, she ensures new annuities are issued smoothly, guiding the process from start to finish once Charlene and a client decide to move forward. She values the consistency of her work and appreciates being part of a team that genuinely cares about clients.
Known as kind, dependable, and hardworking, Jennifer puts her full effort into everything she does. Outside of work, she enjoys crafting, traveling, shopping, and camping near the water. She and her husband, Steve, have been together for over 40 years and are proud parents of two grown children and grandparents to four. Their family also includes a Golden Retriever named Gunnar.
Caitlin Perrin
Caitlin Perrin joined Ness Financial in 2023 and quickly became an essential part of our team. She keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes, from managing new and existing policies and preparing annual reviews to processing withdrawals and helping clients keep their financial documents organized. With a sharp eye for detail and a calm, can-do attitude, Caitlin makes sure our clients feel supported, cared for, and in good hands.
Before joining Ness, Caitlin explored several industries, most recently working in medical aesthetics. She was drawn to financial services because she wanted to build a career that felt both meaningful and fulfilling—and she’s especially grateful to be surrounded by a team of strong, smart, and genuinely kind people.
When she’s not at work, you’ll likely find Caitlin with a good book, getting creative with ceramics, baking something delicious, hitting the trails, or planning her next travel adventure.Â
Cassandra Martin
Cassandra joined Ness Financial Group in 2024 and plays a key role in maintaining client files, organizing documents, and updating databases to ensure smooth operations. She assists with correspondence, inventory, monthly communications, claims, and withdrawal paperwork, all of which help create a seamless client experience.
Before joining Ness, Cassandra served in the United States Air Force as a Squadron Aviation Resource Manager and later worked as an administrative assistant at IMF Bangor. She is a graduate of the Air Force Tech School and values continuous learning and growth. Outside of work, Cassandra lives in Seabeck with her three children and is active in her community, where she volunteers with the Women’s Club of Seabeck and teaches monthly kids’ craft classes.
Elizabeth McGee
Elizabeth McGee joined Ness Financial Group in 2025 and serves as the Office and Events Manager for her region. In her role, she oversees day to day office operations and coordinates client events, creating organized, seamless experiences from planning through execution. Known for her organization, dependability, and creativity, Elizabeth is dedicated to providing exceptional support to both clients and her colleagues while helping create a welcoming and professional environment.
Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys traveling, exploring new places, and spending time outdoors. She is also a proud mom of six and enjoys making memories and finding new adventures with her family.
